You may not like social gatherings or communication. Always you may think about problems and it makes you stressed and unprepared for everything.   • Enough sleep.
  • Stay around greeny.
  • Meditating.
  • Busy yourself with some activities or exercise.
  • Eating healthy food.
  • Avoid alcohol to get relief.
  • Quitting caffeine and smoking.

Plus you may add - book reading, and spend more time with your hobby. You take a pet in your home that can reduce your loneliness. Apart from this, you can bring some plants such as indoor plants. It can create green vibes in your bedroom. And, try to get in touch with nature. 

Anxiety and Depression

Anxiety and depression are two types of mood disorders. There are fine differences between them. Depression causes sadness, feeling down, hopelessness, and not having an interest to do anything. 

On the other hand, the feelings of anxiety are tension, extreme level of nervousness, and panic. However, the two conditions are different. Although, you may have two states of mind at the same time. 

Again, I want to say that it's very normal to have feelings of anxiety or depression. But, when these feelings interrupt your daily day's work and ruin your meaning of life, it means you are in an extreme position. Let’s elaborately discuss depression.

Listen, you have to understand the fine line between normal feelings of depression and the extreme level of depression. 

Almost all of us feel low sometimes or some days because of difficult events or hectic pressure, but it does not mean that we are depressed. 

But, when these feelings are going on in your daily life which make you all times upset, it can be caused by depression. 

A recent report stated that depression affects more than 250 million people in the world - 20% of women, 10% of men, and 5% of adolescents. Depression can attack any age including childhood. Motherhood also faces these types of feelings.

Hence, depression is a disorder of the mind. Experts suggest if you want to handle it before going to visit any experts you can do a lot of things to improve your mental health. 

  • Make a routine of your daily days. 
  • Set short goals and break them.
  • Meditations or exercise.
  • Eat healthily and avoid alcohol.
  • Take responsibility for things such as your pet or plants.
  • Stop overthinking.
  • Spend more time with family.
  • Don't be shy to speak about your depression or feelings.
  • Share your words with others such as family, and friends. Or you can write down your personal feelings in your diary. 
  • Try to have fun with the children. Their innocence can make you genuinely happy.
  • Avoid sleeping pills to increase your sleeping hours. 
  • Don't force yourself to do anything, let them happen naturally.

The first and foremost thing is to believe in yourself. Lack of self-trust is one of the reasons for anxiety and depression.
