Breaking was adopted as an official event for the first time in the history of the competition at the 2022 Hangzhou Asian Games.

Kim Heon-woo (Wing, 36), the artistic director of the b-boy (male breaking player) team 'Jinjo Crew', is a representative Korean breaking player and a recognized b-boy legend, and is devoting himself to training with the goal of becoming the first Asian Games champion. 먹튀검증가이드

Heonwoo Kim began taking interest in breaking when he was in middle school while reading comic books and video tapes related to the hip-hop culture that was popular at the time.

Kim Heon-woo, who wanted to imitate and do everything with his older brother, Kim Heon-jun (Jinjo Crew Leader, Skim), who was two years older than him, saw his older brother dancing and became involved in breaking.

Like his dancer's name Wing, which means 'I want to dance freely as if I have wings,' Kim Heon-woo's breaking has original details and light movements amidst brilliant techniques.

Kim Heon-woo's breaking skills are already world-class, having won more than 100 breaking competitions in total.

In particular, in 2008, he won the Red Bull BC One Final, which is considered the most prestigious international competition in breaking, and in the same year, he set a record of becoming the first Asian team to win the Circle Kingz in Switzerland, which he participated in with Kim Heon-jun.

Over the next four years, Kim Heon-woo and Jinjo Crew showed off their top-level skills by sweeping all of the world's five major breaking competitions, including Red Bull BC One, Battle of the Year, R16 Korea, Freestyle Session, and UK B-Boy Championship.

In breaking, you must have your own signature technique that shows originality to be recognized as a top-level player.

Heonwoo Kim's signature works are Wingmill and Two Thousand (2000).

Wingmill is a technology developed by Heonwoo Kim by modifying the windmill in his own style.

While the existing windmill involves placing one's shoulders and back on the floor, lifting one's legs, and spinning around, Heonwoo Kim keeps his body crouched and alternately rotates his entire body, including his shoulders, back, crown, and arms.

Two Thousand is a technique in which one stands on a headstand, holds the axis with one hand, and holds the wrist of the axis hand with the other hand and rotates quickly.

Kim Heon-woo's Two Thousand is famous for its faster speed and greater amount of rotation than anyone else's.

According to the World Dance Sports Federation (WDSF)'s Olympic Qualification System Ranking (World Ranking), Kim Heon-woo is ranked 7th as of the 7th.

Japan's Shigekix, who is expected to compete for the Asian Games gold medal, is in second place, and Kazakhstan's Amir is in eighth place.

WDSF calculates the world ranking by adding up the points of the top four competitions in which the player has earned the most ranking points among the competitions he has participated in over the past year.

Kim Heon-woo, who did not participate in many competitions due to his conditioning and competition participation strategy, did not accumulate relatively many ranking points.

However, he won a gold medal at the WDSF Asian Breaking Championships held in Hangzhou, China last July, and early secured a qualification spot for the 2024 Paris Olympics.

This competition, along with the World Series, is a prestigious competition that can earn the most ranking points among competitions organized by WDSF.

In addition, as it was considered a prelude to the Asian Games by using the stadium, accommodations, and restaurants where the breaking events of the Hangzhou Asian Games were held, the prospects for a gold medal in the Asian Games were further enhanced.

When Seoul City created a breaking team ahead of the Asian Games and next year's Paris Olympics, Kim Heon-woo joined as a founding member along with B-girl Jeon Ji-ye (Freshbella, 24).

Jeon Ji-ye, who won the Breaking K Final last year and was selected as a member of the national team, is ranked 14th in the world and is performing the best among domestic B-girls in international competitions.

Jeon Ji-ye's signature is the modified air freeze.

While the existing air freeze is a movement in which you stand on your head with one arm and hold on, Jeon Ji-ye modified it to hold both legs crossed with the other arm.

Jeon Ji-ye, who won a bronze medal at the Asian Championships last July, also predicted her performance in the upcoming Asian Games.
