But a way to make the most out of homemade goodies is by making something essential in your kitchen like bread! Bread is such a great thing to have in your home since you can enjoy this any time of the day! You can even eat it with all kinds of flavoured dishes and even enjoy it alone.

Plus bread is such an easy pastry to make! So whether you only have a toaster oven, an oven or even an air fryer, YOU CAN MAKE BREAD IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME! To convince you it’s possible, below are 2 methods to make bread along with simple recipes to follow!

Toaster Oven Bread

This recipe and method are perfect for people who only have a toast oven available. Not having an oven doesn’t mean you can only create pastry dishes that are limited to toasting. This method level is easy, takes about 2 hours and 25 minutes to make and gives you 1 delicious loaf of bread!

What do I need to make toaster-oven bread?

  • 6-by-3-inches round pan
  • 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 1 ½ teaspoons of sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons of active dry yeast
  • 1 ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 2 ⅔ cups of bread flour

How do I make toaster oven bread?

Step 1: Start by buttering the inside of your pan then set aside.

Step 2: Place your yeast, butter (melted), sugar, salt and a cup of warm water in a bowl then use a stand mixer (with the dough hook attachment) and mix on low speed. While mixing, slowly add in your ½ cup of flour at a time.

Afterwards, place on kneading medium speed for about 8 minutes.

Step 3: Once done, place the dough into the pan. Cover it with a clean piece of cloth and let it rest for about an hour to rise. After an hour, you’ll see the difference and how the dough doubled in size. While waiting for your dough to rise, preheat your toaster oven to around 400 degrees F.

Step 4: Now place your dough in the toaster oven to bake. Check on it from time to time and rotate halfway through. You’ll know when the bread is ready if it starts to look golden brown but a more accurate way of checking is if the internal temp is around 200 degrees F.

Then remove it from the toaster oven and let it sit in the pan for about 5 minutes. After, remove it from the pan and let it sit on a cooling rack. Once it’s all cooled down, you’re done!

Air Fryer Bread

There are tons of great ways to make bread but this is by far one of the easiest and most convenient ways to do so. And if you’re someone who only has an air fryer on hand, no problem! Baking isn’t limited to an oven and you’ll be able to make tons of pastries using an air fryer!

This method level is easy, takes around 2 hours and 20 minutes to make and can leave you with a scrumptious loaf of bread.
