The three-day LIV Golf Promotion Tournament (total prize money of $1.5 million) will be held at Abu Dhabi Golf Club in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from the 8th.

Seventy-three players including Chase Koepka of the U.S., Jedia Morgan of Australia and James Piot of the U.S., who were demoted from LIV Golf last season, will participate in the event. The first to third place players will be eligible to play in the 2024 LIV Golf season, while the fourth to 10th place players will be qualified for the full seed of the Asian Tour International Series. LIV Golf also highlighted long hitter Jung Chan-min, dubbed the "Korean Hulk," and Goh Kun-taek, who won three games this season, as major players.

The first day of the competition is played with players who participated in the first qualifying round to tie for 20th place. Afterwards, the 20 players who survived the first qualifying round and the players who were seeded in the second qualifying round will play together to remain tied for 20th place once again. From the second day, the players who survived to the 20th place will play 36 holes on the last day of the competition, and the top three players with good results will qualify for the LIV Golf Championship.

LIV Golf, founded last year as a tour sponsored by Saudi Arabia's sovereign wealth fund, is a tournament in which 48 players play 54 holes in the third round without a cutoff.

It held 14 competitions this season, of which 20 individual competitions were held except for the final game, which is held as a "group competition."

In the "money cushion" LIV Golf, U.S. national Taylor Gooch played in 20 competitions over the past two years, winning three games this season and the "Best Player of the Year" (MVP), earning more than 52.3 billion won in Korean won in two seasons.
