Live Positively FZCO is the data controller under UAE law. This means we decide how and why your personal data is processed.

A. Information You Provide Directly When you create an account or subscribe to LivePositively, you may share:

You always own the content you create — your articles, comments, and ideas remain yours.

Information Collected Automatically When you visit LivePositively, we may collect:

  • Technical data: IP address (used only for security and region detection), device type, browser, language

  • Usage data: Pages you view, articles you read, features you use — but never to build advertising profiles

C. Information from Third Parties If you sign in using Google or Apple, we only receive your name and email address, and only if you approve it. We do not collect data from Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, or other social networks.

Note for writers: If you embed third-party content (e.g., a YouTube video), that service may collect data from your readers. We recommend using privacy-enhanced embeds to protect your audience.

7. How Long Do We Keep Your Data?

We retain your data only as long as necessary:

• Active subscription: For the duration of your plan, plus any renewal period

• After cancellation or account deletion: We delete your personal data within 30 days, except where UAE law requires retention.

• Published content: Your articles may remain in our public archive.

As a data subject under UAE Federal Law No. 45 of 2021, you have the right to:
