Technology & Society explores the broader questions of how digital tools, platforms, and systems shape communities, culture, and the structures of daily life. We publish grounded writing on the social dimensions of technology — from privacy and surveillance to access, equity, and the ways technology changes how we relate to one another. You'll find careful perspectives that acknowledge both the benefits and the costs, without falling into utopian promises or dystopian panic. We don't publish unverified claims about technology's impact, fear-driven narratives about AI or automation, or content that treats complex social questions as simple technical problems. When research or policy is referenced, we expect credible sources and clear context. Content is moderated for originality and reader value — no hot takes, no recycled debates, just thoughtful writing that takes the human side of technology seriously.
