It is impossible not to mention the Ponte Vecchio, one of the beautiful and evocative four bridges spanning the city of Florence. This bridge is surmounted by the famous Corridoio Vasariano, a corridor about 800 meters long, built by Giorgio Vasari in order to connect Palazzo Vecchio, the political and administrative seat of the time, with Palazzo Pitti, the home of the Medici family.

As you cross Ponte Vecchio, you will have the opportunity to admire the many ancient goldsmith stores, still in operation today, and take souvenir photos from the central clearing of the bridge, which provides a glimpse of Florence.

Uffizi Gallery and Academy Gallery

The Uffizi Gallery is one of the most celebrated in Florence and also one of the most famous and visited in the world. Inside, you will be able to admire majestic works such as The Birth of Venus painted by Botticelli, The Adoration of the Magi by Leonardo da Vinci, and works by artists of the caliber of Titian, Piero della Francesca, and Caravaggio.

The Accademia Gallery is mostly famous for hosting the original statue of Michelangelo's David, but it is actually the museum that occupies the largest number of statues by this artist. The Gallery is divided into 12 rooms plus a series of exhibition routes and contains a number of priceless masterpieces.

Also absolutely worth mentioning are Piazzale Michelangelo, the Boboli Gardens, the Pitti Palace, Santa Maria Novella etc. The Florentine attractions are so many that it is almost impossible to mention them all.
